We want you to be fully satisfied with your Scotch & Soda purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and include the completed return form inside the box.

  Attach the Label

  Securely seal your package and affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal or found inside your original delivery box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest designated carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
